Scope and Contents Collection contains correspondence among Chaplin E. Bills, his wife Virginia, his parents, Mr. & Mrs. J.D. Bills, and members of the faculty and administration of Oklahoma A&M College. Additional materials include documentation of Bills’ trip and service in Ethiopia, the visit of Emperor Haile Selassie I of Ethiopia, and information on Ethiopia.

Scope and Contents The bulk of the collection contains material on Ethiopia and the elections of 1992, the observations of that election, writings by Vestal, Paul B. Henze and others on Ethiopia, some correspondence regarding Ethiopia, the judiciary, and publications by Education Resource Center.
